RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENTS

All rental guests, participants or equipment users will be required to read, complete and sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement (“Release Agreement”) prior to renting equipment with Premium Mountain Rental Ltd. The Release Agreement can be completed and signed digitally on our website as part of our online booking process, digitally in our store or on paper in our store prior to the commencement of any rental. If the equipment user is under the age of 19 we require a signature from a parent or guardian. Links to our Summer and Winter Release Agreements can be viewed here:
